Abstract: Objective To establish the sterility test for Kudiezi injection. Methods Direct inoculation method was selected to verify the effect of sterility test for Kudiezi injection. Results No bacteria growth was observed in the test.The six strains of bacteria grew quite well in the positive tubes. Conclusion The method we established is accurate and reliable as verified by methology and can be used as a steri1ity test for Kudiezi injection.
