补锌对烫伤大鼠血清锌、铁和红细胞脆性的影响

Effects of zinc supplement on serum zinc, iron and erythrocyte fragility

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨烧伤后补锌对其他微量元素的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为烫伤前对照,L组(低锌组),M组(边缘缺锌组),H组(高锌组),均先用4μg/g低锌饲料喂养1周。活杀对照组,其他3组致背部深二度烫伤15%,补充不同剂量锌,观察血清锌、铁和红细胞脆性的变化。结果:L组血清锌下降,血清铁、红细胞脆性增加,H组血清锌明显增高,血清铁、红细胞脆性下降,M组的变化介于L、M组之间。结论:烫伤后缺锌使血清锌下降,红细胞脆性增加,血清铁上升,补锌降低红细胞脆性,血清铁下降,这与锌具有维持红细胞膜稳定性的作用有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of zinc supplement on other trace elements and erythrocyte fragility after burn. Methods: The changes of serum zinc, iron and erythrocyte fragility were investigate in SD rats with 15% TBSA Ⅱ° burn injury on 1,3 and 7d postburn. Results: Serum Zn decreased, Fe and erythrocyte fragility increased in L group postburn, but serum Zn obviously increased, erythrocyte fragility and serum Fe decreased In H group when compared which L group. Conclusion: Supplement of diet Zn may significantly increase serum Zn and decrease serum Fe and erythrocyte fragility in postburn Zn deficient rats. Such effects may be related to the stablity of erythrocyte membrane.
