抗醛固酮治疗对RAAS和内皮素的影响

The effects of anti-aldosterone on RAAS and endothelin

  • 摘要: 目的:观察血管紧张素II (AngII)转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)加安体舒通的抗醛固酮治疗方案对醛固酮(RAAS)及血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:临床研究随机入选原发性高血压患者135例,随机分入A (ACEI+安体舒通)、B (ACEI)、C (非RAAS干预治疗)三组,观察一年,比较三种方案对RAAS、ET的影响。结果:抗醛固酮治疗比ACEI治疗能更好的减低血浆醛固酮肾素之比和内皮素活性,该作用不依赖于血压的下降。结论:抑制AngII和RAAS可以更好的抑制与血管损伤和胶原沉积相关的神经内分泌激素的不恰当的增加。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects on RAAS and E T and the relationship between them by controlling the angiotensin II and aldosteron of RAAS under the premise of controlling blood pressure stably and efficiently Methods: The clinical study: 135 patients with hypertension were observed for one year All of them were divided into three groups randomly, including A (ACEI + spironolactone), B (ACEI) and C (intervention with routine therapeutics excluding the drugs effecting on RAAS) groups Results: Under the same blood pressure controlling precondition, the remedy of an ti aldosterone can inhibit the activation of RAAS and decrease serum ET much mo re than that of ACEI This effect is independent on blood pressure control Conclusion: To inhibit AngII and aldosterone is much better in depressing unsuitable increasing in neuroendocrine hormones related with vessel inju ry and collagan deposition
