Abstract: Objective To study the nursing of patients during arthroscopic shoulder joint surgery in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of surgery. Methods Nurses at the operation room were fullly prepared before operation,closely observed the vital signs,placed the patient at the correct posture,and actively cooperated with the surgeon during operation. Results Active cooperation of nurses with the surgeon improved the operation effectiveness and ensured the successful operation. Conclusion Active cooperation of nurses with the surgeon can not only improve the operation effectiveness and ensure the successful operation but also prolong the life of arthroscope.
