Abstract: The reversed phase HPCC was developed to determine the plasma concentration of proxyphyline in 5 healthy subjectis with a 400mg single dose of proxyphyline. The plasma concentration Was fitted with the Single compartment absorbtion model to con-time curve. The pharamacokintic parameters were obtained and the stable drug concentration in 30 subjects was monitored.
