青少年颌部骨化性纤维瘤不同治疗方式疗效调查

Survey of different treatment methods on patients with ossifying fibroma in jaw under adults

摘要: 目的: 观察青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者不同治疗方式对愈后的影响。方法: 对38例青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者愈后状况进行综合性调查。结果: 儿童期患者,肿瘤发展慢者,可观察或实施肿瘤部份刮除术,成年后再行肿瘤全切术;肿瘤发展快者,应行肿瘤全切术。青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者,应行肿瘤全切术。结论: 青少年颌骨骨化性纤维瘤患者,在颌骨发育完全后,完整切除是最佳治疗方式。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of different treatment methods on patients of ossifying fibroma under adults. Methods: 38cases with ossifying fibroma under adults were investigated. Results: Patients with ossifying fibroma in childhood were either surveyed or operated if tumors were slowly developed.The operation should be partly excised.Tumors which were rapidly developed should be full excised. Conclusion: It was best way to excise perfect ossifying fibroma when jaw was ful-l grown.
