十全大补汤对移植乳腺癌小鼠化疗的减毒增效作用

Study on reducing toxicity and enhancing effects of Shiquan Dabu Tang on mice with transplantable mammary cancer after chemiotherapy

摘要: 目的:为了研究十全大补汤对荷瘤小鼠化疗减毒增效的作用。方法:以TA2移植性乳腺癌小鼠作为研究对象,给予50%SDT和灌胃,并给予化疗,以小鼠的体重、瘤重、外周血白细胞数、血红蛋白、脾指数及脾内B淋巴细胞、T淋巴细胞增殖指数作为观察指标。结果:50%SDT可明显改善荷瘤鼠的一般状况,抑制肿瘤的生长,明显改善化疗所致的白细胞下降和血红蛋白的减少,增强脾内T淋巴细胞的增殖,并调节B淋巴细胞的增殖。结论:SDT具有对化疗药物的减毒增效作用。

Abstract: Objective:To study the reducing toxicity and enhancing effects of shiquan Dabu Tang on mice with transplantable mammary cancer.Methods: TA2 mice were randomly divided into four groups after vaccination of MA737 tumor tissue（named control,50%SDT,CMF,CMF+50%SDT）.The weight,tumor weight,number of WBC,Hb,spleen index and spleen cell proliferation were measured.Results: The results showed that 50%SDT inhibited the growth of the tumor.50%SDT could increase the number of WBC and Hb,repair the damage of spleen induced by chemotherapy medicine,enhance the level of T lymphocyte proliferation and regulate the level of B lymphocyte proliferation.Conclusion: SDT has the effects of efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing induced by chemotherapy in mice.
