新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀对链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠的影响

Effect of fresh frozen plasma and crytoprecipitate on diabetes induced by streptozocin in rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨血液成分新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀对链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠的影响。方法 将雄性Wistar大鼠分为空白对照组和糖尿病模型组,后者用链脲佐菌素(STZ)按一次性腹腔注射造模。造模成功后的大鼠随机分为3组:糖尿病模型组、新鲜冰冻血浆处理组和冷成淀处理组,每周称体重和测血糖各1次,6周后收集血液测定血糖、血清胰岛素、血脂和其他生化参数。结果 STZ糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂显著高于空白对照组,胰岛素水平明显低于空白对照组;与实验组比较,新鲜冰冻血浆处理组和冷沉淀处理组的血糖和胰岛素的改变不具有统计学意义,但是新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀能显著降低STZ引起的转氨酶升高(P<0.05)。结论 新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀具有减轻STZ所致损伤的作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of fresh frozen plasma(FFP) and crytoprecipitate(CRYO) on diabetes induced by streptozocin(STZ) in rats. Methods Male Wister rats were divvied into blank control group and diabetes model group. A diabetes model was established by intra-peritoneal injection of STZ(80mg/kg).Then,the rats were randomly divided into diabetes model group,FFP group and CRYO group,with their weight and blood sugar level measured once a week. Levels of blood sugar,insulin,lipid,and other biochemistry parameters were measured after 6 weeks. Results The levels of blood sugar,lipid,alanine aminotransferase(ALT), and aspartate transaminase(AST) were significantly higher in diabetes model group than in blank control group. The levels of blood sugar and insulin did not change significantly in FFP and CRYO groups after treatment compared with blank control group. However,the activity of ALT and AST was significantly lower in FFP and CRYO groups than in blank control group(P<0.05). Conclusion FFP and CRYO can improve liver damage induced by STZ.
