可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折28例

Treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture with plastic titanic alloy plates in 28 cases

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效。方法 跟骨关节内骨折28例(32足),采用跟骨外侧可延伸的L形切口入路,将跟距关节面解剖复位,Bohler角和Gissane角恢复正常,可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定。结果 所有患者均获11~36个月随访。根据Maryland足部评分系统,优20足、良8足、可4足,优良率87.5%。结论 跟骨关节内移位骨折采用切开复位可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗,能早期功能锻炼,减少并发症,降低病残率。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the curative effect of internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fracture with plastic titanic alloy plates. Methods Twenty-eight cases of intra-articular calcaneal fracture were treated with internal fixation using plastic titanic alloy plates and screws through an extensible"L"-shared lateral approach.The posterior subtalar facet was reduced anatomically. Bohler’s and Gissance’s angle were reserved. Results All cases were followed up for 11-36 months and evaluated using the Maryland Foot Score System.The function of hind feet were excellent in 20,good in 8 and fair in 4 feet,respectively.The total excellent and good rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Satisfactory results can be achieved in treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture with internal fixation using plastic titanic alloy plates.
