减压后脑肿大早期弥散加权和T2加权MRI的实验研究

Experimental study of diffussion weighted and T2-weighted MRI in the early stage of postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement

  • 摘要: 目的: 观察减压后脑肿大早期弥散加权和T2加权MRI的变化过程,探讨减压后脑肿大早期是否发生脑水肿。方法: 应用弥散加权和T2加权MRI对6只猫作实验前和减压后2h、4h、6h动态观察。结果: MRI均显示减压后肿大的脑组织明显向对侧移位,且随时间推移,移位程度加重;减压后2h,肿大的脑组织在弥散加权MRI上就呈现为低强度信号区;减压后4h,肿大的脑组织在T2加权MRI上才呈现为高信号区。结论: 减压后脑肿大早期(<2h)肿大的脑组织就发生了血管源性水肿。

     

    Abstract: Objective: With observation about the change process of DWI and T 2 WI in the early stage of postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement, it is proved whether brain edema occurs.Methods: DWI and T 2 WI were performed in 6 cats at four time points (before compression and 2-4-6 hours after decompression) to examine the postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement.Results: DWI and T 2 WIshowed that the postdecompressive swollen cerebral tissue shifted increasingly to the contralateral side Within 2 hours after decompression, the hypointensity signal of DWI was observed in the swollen hemisphere Within 4 hours after decompression, the high signal of T 2 WI was observed in the swollen hemisphere Conclusions:The vasogenic edema occured in the early stage (<2 h) of the postdecompressive brain bulk enlargement
