Abstract: A system using micro-electrode was set up to record the endocochlea potential from scala middle of guinea pig, at the same time the cochlear microphone, summating potential and compound active potential were recorded. All the signals were sampled and analysed by computer connected with the micro-eletronic amplifier. A convenient and accurrate cochlea potential record system was dicussed.
