不同方法制作犬腹主动脉瘤模型的比较

The establishment of abdominal aorta aneurysm model by differente manufacturing methods

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨用于检验带膜记忆合金支架血管腔内搭桥治疗动脉瘤的动物模型。方法:分别以实验动物腹直肌后鞘、Dacron补片、不同口径的Dacron人造血管及球囊导管为材料,采用四种不同手术方法制作腹主动脉瘤模型。结果:11例动物10例模型制作成功,1例死亡。1月后造影检查发现9例动脉瘤模型形态满意,1例动脉瘤扩张程度较差。结论:以腹直肌后鞘为材料制作动脉瘤模型具有取材方便、操作简便、不易漏血、无异物反应的优点,是一种相对理想的动脉瘤模型制作方法

     

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the manufacturing methods of animal aneurysm model in testing the expandable Nitinol intraluminal stent graft for AAA. Methods: We investigated 4 kinds of method to manufacturing AAA models by using the posterior sheath of rectus with peritoneum, Dacron piece, Dacron manufacturing vasculor and ballon catheter. Results: 10 of the 11 mongrel canine AAA models were successfully established but 1 case died within 24 hours after procedure. 9 of the 10 cases showed satisfactary configurations and 1 case with a disappointing inflation by angiography 1 month later.Conclusion: The aneurysm model manipulated with posterior sheath of rectus is a better method because of the facile material, simple procedure, no leakage and unusual material reaction.
