摘要: 本文研究了一种重组人TNFα衍生物(rhTNFαD11a)对小鼠Lewis肺癌的抗肿瘤作用。同时与原型重组人TNFα(rhTNFα)的抗肿瘤作用进行了比较,并对它们全身给药和局部给药的抗瘤效果作了对比。C57BL/6小鼠接种肿瘤细胞后d7,将rhTNFαD11a和rhTNFα以高、中、低三种剂量分别连续肌肉注射4d,或瘤内注射3d,停药后1d处死动物,根据抑瘤率进行疗效评价。结果表明,rhTNFαD11a各剂量组的抑瘤率均显著高于同样剂量的rhTNFα;两种TNF瘤内注射的抗肿瘤作用均明显优于肌肉注射。Abstract: In this paper, we observed the anti tumor effects of a new TNFα variative (rhTNF αD11a) on murine Lewis lung cancer. C57BL/6 mice were implanted with cancer cells and tumor developed at the 7 th day. Different doses of rhTNFα D11a or natural TNF α were injected intramuscularly for 4 days or intra-tumor for 3 days. Mice were slaughted 1 day later, and the effects were estimated by the tumor depression ratio. It showed that the tumor depression ratio of every rhTNF α D11a dose was significantly higher than that of natural rhTNF α. Furthermore, intra-tumor injection was superior to intramuscular way.
