Autologous peripheral hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （ABHSCT） for the treatment of leukemia patients

摘要: 本文报告在国内首次应用ABHSCT治疗6例急性白血病获得成功,近期疗效满意。介绍了ABHSC采集、冻存、移植时机,输入单个核细胞数(MNC)和GM-CFU集落数、造血及免疫功能恢复等情况,并结合文献进行讨论。

Abstract: Six cases of acute leukemia patients were treated with ABHST and the clinical results were satisfactory. The preparation marrow ablative chemoradiotherpy regimen before ABHSCT was same to ABMT. The infusion number of mononuclear cell for restoring the hematopoietic function ran ged from 1.65 to 2.92×10⁸/kg. which contained 0.17 to 2.26×10⁴kg CFU-GM. The hematopoietic and immunological function of patients were recovered to normal level at 25 to 38 days after stem cells infusion, which was faster than ABMT and FLT. Two patients died of recurrence of leukemia. and fungi septicemia, 90 and 70 days after transplantation respectively, whereas the other four patients survived, free of leukemia up to 9,8,4,2 months respectively.
