CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复的临床效果分析

Application of computer-aided design and manufacture of all-ceramic crown and bridge of zirconium oxide designed and manufactured by computer aid in clinical stomatology

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨氧化锆全瓷冠桥的临床应用效果。方法 对26例患者采用计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制作(Computer Aided Design and Computeraided Manufacturing,CAD/CAM)氧化锆全瓷冠桥进行修复,随访18-24个月对修复体的色泽、是否有崩瓷、瓷裂,牙周健康,边缘密合度进行临床评价,研究其生物相容性、美学性和边缘密合性。结果 25例全瓷冠桥修复体色泽自然,无裂纹和脱落,边缘密合,牙周健康。结论 通过CAD/CAM技术制作的氧化锆全瓷冠桥是一种效果良好的全瓷修复方式。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the application of all-ceramic crown and bridge of zirconium oxide in clinical stomatology. Methods All-ceramic crowns designed and manufactured by computer aid were used in 26 patients.After the patients were followed up for 1824 months,color stability,breakage and loss ratio of the crown,and gingival health were detected to evaluate its biocompatibility,beautification and marginal fitness. Results The marginal fitness,color stability and strength of crowns,and gingival health were satisfactory in the 25 patients. Conclusion All-ceramic crown and bridge of zirconium oxide can be used in clinical stomatology with a rather good efficacy.
