瓣膜直视术后早期死亡原因分析及对策

The Analysis of Hospitalised Death of Open Valve Operation and its Countermeasures

摘要: 1986年7月～1990年2月我科行瓣替换术267例,早期死亡26例,死亡率9.7%。本文总结了死亡原因及处理对策。本组多发死亡原因为;低心输出量,多脏器衰竭,突发室颤。其它重要致死原因有:左室破裂,心内膜炎,肺部感染,出凝血障碍及瓣功失灵。文中分别讨论了术日、术后一周内、术后两周以上的多发死亡原因及防治经验教训。

Abstract: From Jul. 1986 through Feb. 1990, 267 patients were treated with valve replacement. the hospitalised mortality was 9.7% （26/267）. the resons of death and the countermeasures were summarised. In this series the common resons of death were: low cardiac output, multiorgan feilure, infection and ventricular fibrillation.
