喉癌下咽癌术后咽瘘22例分析

Analysis of the postoperative salivary fistula in 22 cases with carcinoma of larynx or hypopharynx

摘要: 本文较详细地对218例全喉、次全喉切除术后22例咽瘘情况作了分析,分别对咽瘘发生率、咽瘘形成的可能相关因素及咽瘘的治疗做初步的探讨。术前放疗是咽瘘发生的最常见原因。

Abstract: This paper presents 22 cases of postoperative salivary fistula among 218 cases of patients with total or subtotal laryngectomy for carcinoma of larynx or popharynx. The incidence, etiology, clinical manifestation, treatment are discussed. Preoperative radiation is the most common cause of fistula.
