血清抗果蝇唾腺染色体抗体测定及其临床意义

Measurement of serum anti-polytene chromosomes of Drosophila melanogaster antibodies and its clinical significaces in systemic lupus erythematous

  • 摘要: 以果蝇唾腺染色体作为基质,用间接免疫荧光法检测血清抗果蝇唾腺染色体抗体(AchrA)。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者44例,AchrA阳性者占16例(86.4%),而正常人及其它风湿性疾病(ORDs)患者共151例,均为阴性。提示AchrA对SLE有高度特异性及一定的敏感性。对比SLE患者的血清AchrA及抗核抗体(ANA).双阳性者占15例(84.1%)。提示与两种抗体起反应的核成分不尽相同。

     

    Abstract: The detction of serum anti-polytene chromosomes of Drosophila melanogaster antibodies(AchrA) by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IIF) is described in this paper. Sixteen of 44 patients with systemic lupus erythematous (SLE) tested were positive for AchrA, whereas none of 151 nomal svbjects and other rheumatic disease patients (ORDS) were positive. In addition, positive ANA was present in 33 of 44 SLE patients and 39 of 109 ORDS patients. The results suggest that AchrA is the more specific antibodies than ANA in SLE and may provide a new aid for diagnosing SLE.
