Abstract: The common carotid artery flow parameters in 50 normal subjects were studied,using pulsed Doppler spectral analysis.The authors concluded that the pulsed Doppler technique is a reliable method in measurement of arterial flow volume.The normal flow parameters included in this article appear to be helpful to the study on carotid artery diseases.
