自由体位大鼠完全胃肠道外营养模型的实验研究

Unrestrained rat care unit for intravenous feeding and metabolic studies

  • 摘要: 本实验应用简单的设备及技术建立了大鼠完全胃肠外营养模型。观察了3组32只980~300g雄性大鼠对不同TPN配方营养液的生理反应。结果显示糖-氨基酸-脂肪乳剂模式的TPN营养液可维持自由活动大鼠生理需要,获得实验动物体重增长,血清白蛋白维持在正常范围的结果。并证明糖脂热卡比为2∶1时,大鼠生长效果最好。此模型为研究外科营养和代谢的变化提供了有利条件。

     

    Abstract: Rats maintained in good energy and nitrogen balance by total parenteral nutrition (TPN) for 8 days were analyzed for changes in the body weight and plasma protein, cholesterol, phosphorus, and liver function. The result showes that there was no difference in TPN fed rat as compared with control groups. It is suggesed that this type of animal model is useful in the study of nutrition and metabolism during operation.
