飞行员血管紧张素转换酶、血管紧张素原和血管紧张素受体1基因多态性分析

摘要: 目的: 了解飞行员血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性、血管紧张素原(AGT)基因M235T多态性和血管紧张素受体1(ATR1)基因A1166C多态性情况,探讨三种基因多态性与飞行员耐力可能的关系。方法: 用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增和产物酶切技术检测253例飞行员和236例健康对照者的三种基因多态性。结果: 飞行员组ACE II基因型(45.06%)和I等位基因频率(0.67)显著高于健康对照组(分别为31.36%和0.52),而AGT和ATR1基因多态性在两组间无明显差异。结论: ACE I基因有可能在飞行员的飞行耐力中起重要作用。Abstract: Objective: To understand gene polymorphism of the angiotensin-converting enzyme,angiotensinogen and angiotensin receptor type 1 in pilots,and to investigate the association between gene polymorphism and the perfomance of the pilots.Methods: 253 pilots and 236 healthy control subjects were genotyped for the insertion/delation(I/D) polymorphism of the(angiotensin)-converting enzyme(ACE) gene,M235T polymorphism of angiotensinogen(AGT) gene and A1166C polymorphism of angiotensin receptor type 1(ATR1) gene by the polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results: It was showed the genotype II and I allele frequency of ACE were significantly higher in pilots(45.06% and 0.67) than that in healthy subjects(31.36% and(0.52)).No difference between the two groups was found for the AGT and ATR1 genotypes.Conclusion: It is suggested that I gene of ACE may play a role in performance of the pilots.peptidyl-dipeptidase A;angiotensinogen;receptors,angiotensin;aviator
