瞬时减速度波强与左室舒张功能的关系

Correlation between decelerating wave intensity and left ventricular diastolic function

  • 摘要: 目的 通过比较左室舒张功能不同水平瞬时减速度波强(Decelerating Wave Intensity W2)的变化,探索W2与左室舒张功能之间的关系。方法 应用日本ALOKA公司Prosoundα 10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行WI检测,记录患者W2值。检测二尖瓣血流E/A、DT、AT、IVRT、肺静脉血流PVs、PVd、PVa、PVa-dur。记录患者6min步行距离(6Minutes Walking Distance,6MWD)。结果 左室舒张功能减退后W2值、DT、AT、IVRT、6MWD出现相应变化,正常组W2:(2500±1401)mmHg·m/s3(1mmHg=0.133kPa),轻度受损组W2:(2170±928)mmHg·m/s3,中度受损组W2:(870±400)mmHg·m/s3,重度受损组W2∶(767±361)mmHg·m/s3,随着左室舒张功能受损程度加重,W2值随之降低,尤其在中重度受损时降低明显。结论 W2可成为评价左室舒张功能的一项有价值的超声指标。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between decelerating wave intensity(W2)and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods Wave intensity(WI)was detected using Prosound α 10 color Doppler ultrasonograph(ALOKA,Tokyo,Japan)and W2 of patients was recorded.E/A,DT,AT,IVRT,PVs,PVd,PVa,and PVa-dur were detected,and 6-minute walking distance(6MWD)of patients was recorded. Results Changes occurred in W2,DT,AT,IVRT,and 6MWD when the left ventricular diastolic function was deceased.The W2 was 2 500±1 401mmHg·m/s3,2 170±928mmHg·m/s3,870±400mmHg·m/s3,and 767±361mmHg·m/s3,respectively,when the left ventricular diastolic function was normal,mildly-,moderately-and severely-impaired.The W2 decreased with the severity of left ventricular diastolic function impairment,especially with moderate to severe impairment(P=0.000). Conclusion W2 can be used as a valuable ultrasound index for the left ventricular diastolic function in CAD patients.
