甲襞毛细血管压无损伤测量方法

A method of non-injured measurement of capillary blood pressure in nail fold

  • 摘要: 毛细血管压是反映微循环功能状态的一项重要指标,目前尚没有适合临床应用的毛细血管测量方法。本文报告我们研制的一种无损伤的适合临床应用的甲襞毛细血管压测量方法,经临床及20例健康人甲襞毛细血管压的测量,甲襞毛细血管压平均3.40±0.67kPa。手的位置高于和低于心脏时,甲襞毛细血管压分别为3.04±0.71kPa和4.73±1.18kPa。上臂用袖带加压阻止静脉回流时,甲襞毛细血管压为5.32±0.86kPa。这种毛细血管压测量方法操作简便、重复性好、便于在临床推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Capillary blood pressure is fairly important indicator reflecting the function of microcirculation. However, there is no suitable method for capillary blood pressure measurement in clinic at present. In this paper, a method for measuring capillary blood pressure in nail fold is reported. Capillary blood pressure in 20 health persons was mesured and a mean pressure of 25.0+5.0 mmHg. was found. When fingers were set higher or lower than the heart, the capillary blood pressure in nail fold was 22.9±5.4 mmHg, 35.6±8.9 mmHg respectively. The operation of this measurement is simple and convenient, with good repeatability, and it can be applied in clinc practice.
