乳腺癌中Ki-67、P53、YB-1蛋白的表达及临床意义

Expression of Ki-67,P53 and YB-1 in breast cancer tissue and its clinical significance

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨Ki-67、P53和YB-1(Y-box结合蛋白)在乳腺癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法 用免疫组织化学法检测2000年1月-2004年12月在解放军总医院就诊的180例乳腺癌患者YB-1蛋白表达,回顾性收集其Ki-67、P53免疫组化染色结果,分析上述3种分子的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 Ki-67、P53、YB-1在乳腺癌中的表达率分别为73.9%、35.0%和38.3%。Ki-67的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移数目、组织学分级、脉管癌栓、Her-2呈正相关,与ER、PR呈负相关(P<0.05);P53的表达与组织学分级、Her-2正相关(P<0.05);YB-1的核表达与Her-2正相关,与ER、PR负相关(P<0.05)。Ki-67的表达与P53正相关(r=0.380,P=0.005),也与YB-1正相关(r=0.238,P=0.023)。结论 Ki-67、P53和YB-1在乳腺癌中的表达与不良病理特征相关,是判断乳腺癌预后的重要参考指标。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the expression of Ki-67,P53 and YB-1 in breast cancer tissue and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect expression of YB-1 in tissues from 180 breast cancer patients admitted to Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2000 to December 2004.Immunohistochemistry staining of Ki-67 and P53 from these patients was retrospectively collected.Correlation between expression of YB-1,Ki-67,P53 and clinical pathological features of the patients was analyzed.Results The expression rate of Ki-67,P53 and YB-1 in tissue from breast cancer patients was 73.9%,35.0% and 38.3%,respectively.The expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with the lymph node metastasis,degree of differentiation,vascular invasion,Her-2 and negatively correlated with the ER and PR(P<0.05).The expression of P53 was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation and Her-2(P<0.05).The expression of YB-1 was positively correlated with Her-2 and negatively correlated with the ER and PR(P<0.05).A positive correlation was observed between the expressions of Ki-67,P53 and YB-1.Conclusion Expression of Ki-67,P53 and YB-1 in breast cancer tissue is correlated with the poor pathological features of such patients and can thus be regarded as an important prognostic indicator of breast cancer patients.
