调节式外固定支架治疗波及距下关节的跟骨骨折

Adjustable external fixation device for subtalar joint fracture of the calcaneal

摘要: 目的:观察调节式外固定支架与可塑型钛型跟骨钢板(AO跟骨钢板)在治疗波及距下关节的跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对两组手术时间、住院时间、B hler角与Gissane角及足部功能评分(Maryland足部功能评分)进行分析。结果:两组B hler角与Gissane角的恢复情况及足部功能经统计无显著性差异(P>0.05),手术时间、住院时间AO跟骨钢板治疗组长于调节式整复固定支架治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:调节式整复外固定支架具有固定方法简单、并发症少等优点。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the treatment results of adjustable external fixation device and AO internal fixation plate in the subtalar joint fracture of the calcaneal.Methods: Comparing and analyzing the samplings' operation time,length of stay,Böhler angle Gissane angle and the foot function score.Results: The two groups have no significant difference in Böhler angle and Gissane angle's recovering,foot function（P＞0.05）,AO calcaneal plate group has a longer time of the operation and length of stay than the external fixation device of the calcaneal group,and got a significant difference（P＜0.01）.Conclusion: External fixation device has the advantage of more simple fixation method.
