Abstract:
Objective: According to the pathology of proximal bile duct cancers, radical resection needs block removal of hepatodudenal ligament The arterialization of the portal vein can be used to restore liver blood flow after the radical resection The study is to understand its effect on the hepatic minor blood vessels and structure.
Methods: Experimental model was established in rats with common bile duct ligation The change of hepatic minor blood vessels and structure in the rat model was viewed.
Results: One month after hepatic arterialization and portacaval shunt, hepatic structure could recover smoothly, corrosive cast samples showed that the filling of hepatic sinusoids were slightly more obvious than normal and was deformed to some extent Ink perfusion samples showed that hepatic sinusoids were irregular But they were still distributed around the central veins like radial form.
Conclusion: The hepatic microvascular structure were not damaged obviously within one month of arterialization of portal vein
