Abstract: The concentration of serum volproate was measured in 30 childen with epileps of arient types. The averege dose of drug given to them was 20.65mg/kg/d, and the average oncentration of volproate in serum was 51.6μg/ml. The result of our study indicats that the good esponse can be obtained with the doses of 10—25mg/kg/d, and tolerated in most of the cased ithout ntowaed effect, even the drung is used for a long period.
