高胆固醇血症和糖尿病动物听器生理和组织化学的初步观察

The Physiological and Histochemical Observations on the Acoustic Organ Damage due to Hypercholesterolemia and Diabetes

  • 摘要: 用大白兔和大鼠,分别建立高胆固醇血症模型和糖尿病模型。用听生理方法,血液生化学研究以及内耳组织化学观察,探讨其内耳损伤的机制。认为高胆固醇血症可通过直接或间接影响耳蜗内琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乙酰胆硷酯酶(AchE)活性.扰乱内耳物质代谢,从而导致毛细胞损伤,造成听功能障碍。糖尿病引起耳蜗和中枢神经损害,可能与糖尿病血液高凝状态有关。

     

    Abstract: The mechanism of acoustic organ damage due to bypercholesterolemia in rabbits and diabetes in mouse was studied by ABR. hearing examination, biochemical study of the sera and histochemical observation of the inner ear. The results suggested that acoustic organ damage resulted from the activity descent of SDH,AchE and metabolic disorder in the inner ear during hypercholesterolemia. The cochlear and central nervous system damage might be related to hypercoagulability of blood in diabetes.
