脑缺血大鼠大脑中动脉VIP样神经纤维的变化

The changes of VIP-like nerve fibers in middle cerebral artery focal cerebral ischemia in rat

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨支配脑血管的血管活性肠肽(VIP)样神经纤维在脑缺血中的作用。方法:采用线栓法建立大鼠局灶脑缺血模型采用免疫组化法动态观察SD大鼠局灶脑缺血后大脑中动脉VIP样神经纤维的变化。结果:缺血侧大脑中动脉近端单位面积的神经纤维数目,在缺血后24h开始减少,1周时恢复正常,2~4周高于正常,5周时又恢复正常。结论:支配脑血管的VIP样神经纤维可能参与脑缺血这一病理生理过程。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the role of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide like(VIP-LI) nerve fibers innervating middle cerebral artery (MCA) during cerebral ischemia.Methods: The model of rat focal cerebral ischemia was produced with the thread occlusion of the MCA. The dyamic changes of the number of VIP-LI nerve fibers in MCA were studied with the techniques of immunohistochemistry. Results: The denasity (the averaged number or nerve fibers in a unit area) of VIP-LI nerve fibers of MCA in the ischemic side decreased 24 hours after ischemia, returned to normal after 1 week, increased after 2 to 4 weeks and became normal again during the 5th week.Conclusion: The cerebral artery innervating VIP-LI nerve fibers may play a protective role during cerebral ischemia.
