胃癌细胞中miRNA-204过表达的作用

Role of miR-204 over-expression in growth and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells

摘要: 目的观察过表达miR-204对胃癌细胞生长、凋亡的影响。方法实时荧光定量PCR检测胃癌细胞系中miR-204的表达,将其转染入胃癌细胞系,采用MTS及流式细胞术测定肿瘤细胞的生长、凋亡状况。结果 miR-204在不同胃癌细胞系中均是低表达,与组织中情况一致;过表达miR-204,未出现胃癌细胞生长减慢、凋亡增加的情况。结论过表达miR-204对胃癌细胞系的生长、凋亡无明显影响。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of miR-204 over-expression on growth and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells. Methods Expression of miR-204 in gastric cancer cells was detected by real time PCR and transfected into gastric cancer cells.Growth and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells were detected by MTS and flow cytometry,respectively. Results The expression level of miR-204 was low in gastric cancer cells,which was similar to that in gastric tissue.No significant change was observed in the growth and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells when miR-204 was over-expressed. Conclusion Over-expression of miR-204 has no significant effect on the growth and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells.
