补锌对缺锌烫伤大鼠血清和部分器官锌、铜含量的影响

The effects of zinc supplements on contents of zinc, copper in serum and organs in zinc deficient scalded rats

  • 摘要: 目的: 严重烧伤后往往存在锌营养不良状态,本实验考察不同剂量补锌是否会造成锌的蓄积或影响铜代谢。方法: 利用人工半合成饲料技术制成不同含锌饲料;大鼠进食低锌饲料成为缺锌模型,造成20% TBSA深Ⅱ度烫伤后饲以不同含锌饲料(含锌量分别为:1.6 μg/g;2 4.7μg/g;2 86.9μg/g),原子吸收法分析血清、肝、肾、脾和睾丸的锌、铜含量。同时设一组大鼠烫伤前后均进食正常含锌饲料(含锌量:24.7μg/g)做对照组。结果: 补锌可显著提高血清和各器官的含锌量,补高锌组未发现器官存在锌的过量蓄积;大剂量补锌使血清、肾脏铜含量也明显提高。结论: 在严重烧伤后的锌缺乏状态下,短时期内适当加大补锌量不会导致锌的过量蓄积,对铜代谢无不良影响。

     

    Abstract: Objective: Major burns often induce zinc deficient status. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether excessive store of zinc or metabolic disturbance of copper will be induced because of large supplements of zinc after major burns. Methods: Artificial semi-synthetic diets with different zinc contents were made. Three groups of rats were give zinc deficient diet to induce zinc deficient status then 20% TBSA second degree scalds were made. Then the rats were divided into three groups pair-fed chows different in zinc concentration. Zinc contents were 1. 6 μg/g, 24. 7 μg/g, 286. 9 μg/g respectively. A group of rats fed normal zinc content (24. 7 μg/g) diets before and after scalds was designed as control. The contents of Zn and Cu in serum, liver, kidney, spleen and testicle were analyzed. Results: Zinc contents in these organs were improved markedly but excessive store of zinc resulted from large supplements of zinc were not found. The contents of copper were improved markedly in serum and kidney too because of zinc supplements. Conclusion: In zinc deficient status after severe burns, increasing the supplements of zinc moderately in a short time do not result to excessive store of zinc nor metabolic disturbance of copper.
