尿中TXB2和6-Keto-PGF放射免疫分析的临床应用

  • 摘要: 本文初步观察10组病例应用放射免疫分析尿中TXB2和6-Keto-PGF浓度变化,在临床疾病中的意义。结果表明,正常人对照组测定浓度TXB2为191.9±23.6pg/min,6-keto—PGF为为511.0±82.6pg/min(X±SE n=14)。尿毒症患者尿中TXB2为45.5±8.5pg/min,6-Keto-PGF39.8±16.1pg/min(X±SE n=12)。与对照组统计学分析比较相差非常显著P<0.01。其余各组尿中TXB2测值较对照组有不同幅度升高,统计学分析相差显著P<0.05或相差非常显著P<0.01。6-Keto-PGF测值随病情程度或不同疾病其变化不同。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, Preliminary study changes significance of radioimmunoassay of urinary TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a in the 10 groups case. Result expression, The concetrotion assay value of the normal control of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a were 191. 9±23.6pg/min and 511.0±82.6 pg/min (X±SE n = 14) respectively. The assay value of the urinemiapatients of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a wree 45.5±8.5 pg/min and 39.8±16.1 pg/min (X±SEn=12) respectively. In comparison were to control group p<0.01.In other patient group, The value of TXB2 in the urinary Were all higher in varying degrees thar the normal control. Statistical study (p<0.05 or p<0.01), On the other hand, Thevalue of 6-keto-PGF1a changes difference according to serious extent or variant disease.
