正常人下颌骨的三维有限元应力分析

Three-dimensional finite element stress analysis of the mandible in normal human being

  • 摘要: 目的:分析功能状态下正常人下颌骨的应力分布特征,并确定衡量人下颌骨应力正常分布的判定标准。方法:采用CT扫描与Auto-CAD技术及三维有限元分析方法。结果:正常人下颌骨不同部位应力分布不均匀,应力性质和大小存在差异,但两侧下颌骨应力基本呈对称性分布,其中两侧喙突应力对称性最佳,髁突应力对称性最差;正常人下颌骨各部位双侧应力分布对称性判断标准为,最大主应力左右侧相对差数百分比(D)P90%=20%,最小主应力D值P90%=25%。结论:下颌骨几何形态、材料性能、加载方式以及下颌运动形式的复杂性决定了其不同部位应力性质和大小的差异性;髁突前、外侧等部位为承受压力的主要部位;正常人双侧下颌骨形态、结构和成份的对称性可使双侧下颌骨应力分布亦保持平衡对称;髁突可能最易受非平衡因素影响而发生应力分布不对称

     

    Abstract: Objective:The character of stress distribution in the mandible in a normal huamn being during centric occlusion was analysed, and the normal standard value for symmetry of stress distribution in a human mandible was determined.Methods:The three-dimensional finite element model was developed by CT scanning and Auto-CAD technique. The stress analysis was done by three-dimensional finite element method. Results:The stresses of various positions or regions in the mandible of normal human being are distributed unequally. There are differences in the feature and value of the stress, but the stress of corresponding region in bilateral mandible is in symmetric distribution. In each region of the mandible, the stress symmetry is the best in the bilateral coronoid process, and it is the worst in the bilateral condyle. The P90% of D value related with symmetric index of maximum principal stress and minimum principal stress considered of 20% and 25% seperately in a normal human mandible.Conclusion:The complexity of geometry, material properties, loading pattern and movement way in the mandible determined the difference of stress feature and value in its various regions. The anterior and lateral surface of condyle and so on were the main loading regions. The symmetry of shape, structure and composition in normal bilateral mandible made its stress distribution balanced. The condyle might be the easiest to be affected by the unbalanced factors and produce an abnormality of stress distribution.
