急性淋巴细胞白血病复发相关基因的筛选及生物信息学分析

The screening of acute lymphoblastic leukemia relapse related candidate genes and their bioinformatics analysis

  • 摘要: 目的:利用开放性基因芯片数据库筛选急性淋巴细胞白血病复发相关候选基因并对候选基因的表达谱进行生物信息学分析。方法:数据来源于美国加利福尼亚大学分子和细胞生物学系Michael Eisen实验室公布的23例复发与缓解急性淋巴细胞白血病基因表达的芯片检测结果,筛选复发和缓解二组表达水平差异具有统计学意义的基因;利用SAGE和GeneCard进一步分析候选基因的表达谱;根据人类基因组Genbank数据库提供的平台对候选基因进行功能预测分析。结果:共筛选出2条急性淋巴细胞白血病复发相关候选基因。结论:充分利用开放性基因芯片数据库,可以经济、方便和快捷地筛选疾病相关候选基因,并对已知序列的候选基因进行功能预测。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To screen the acute lymphoblastic leukemia relapse related candidate genes by using the open database on line and explore the Bioinformatics information of the candidate genes. Methods: The present data were from an open database online, which were issued by the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology of the University of California at Berkeley, which had 5600 gene expression data of 23 relapse and non-relapse pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients.All data were denary logarithm transformed before statistical analysis.SAGE and GeneCard were used to find the expression patterns of candidate genes. Results: Two acute lymphoblastic leukemia relapse related candidate genes were screened out. Conclusion: There are many kinds of open human gene expression database on line.These microarray database can be used freely to screen out the interesting genes, such as acute leukemia relapse related genes.
