先天性髋脱位三维交互模型的建立

Development of the model of the computer 3D interactive for CDH

  • 摘要: 目的: 建立先天性髋脱位(CDH)的计算机三维交互模型。方法: 利用螺旋体积CT获得患儿髋关节扫描数据,采用图像滤波技术简化大容量螺旋体积CT数据。用B+树组织按MarchingCubes方法完成CDH三维表面模型重构。结果: 邻域平均滤波器化简原始数据效果满意。重建结构精细、真实感强,建模速度快。可进行实时交互。结论: 此建模方法可行有效,为进行计算机模拟CDH骨性手术的研究提供了可能。

     

    Abstract: Objective: Instauration the Computer 3D Interactive model of CDH. Methods: the image data of hip joint in child with CDH were obtained by SVCT Predigest to bulky SVCT data by image filter and put reconstruction 3D surface model according to Marching Cubes method by B+tree mode. Results: It is satisfactory for nabe average filter predigest to bulky SVCT data The modeling speed is so on. Conclusion: The reconstructed structure is fine and true and is interactive The modeling method was feasible and effective It was possible to do computer analog osseous operation for CDH by the model.
