氦-氧混合气治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床研究

The clinical study of breathing heliox in severe asthmatics

  • 摘要: 目的:观察重复利用氦气的循环式氦-氧混合气辅助呼吸装置对哮喘患者的作用。方法:选择8例重症支气管哮喘急性发作患者,通过重复利用氦气的循环式氦-氧混合气辅助呼吸装置呼吸氦-氧混合气(79%He),观察肺功能及血气的变化。结果:氦-氧混合气可以降低气负荷,促进氧合,增大呼气流速;起效迅速,但后续效应短暂。结论:循环式氦-氧混合气辅助呼吸装置设计思路比较理想,可以节省氦气的消耗,取得了较好的临床疗效。

     

    Abstract: Objective:The study evaluated the effects of breathing helium-oxygen in asthmatic patients.Methods:Eight asthmatic patients breathing heliox(FiO2:21%) for 120 minutes with assisted respirator of recycled using helium. The datas of pulmonary function test, arterial blood gas values of the patients were recorded. Results:The results demonstrate that heliox can reduce breathing work, ameliorate oxygen diffusion and expired flow, but the duration is very short after stopping breathing heliox.Conclusion:The study suggests that the assisted respirator of recycled using helium can save helium distinctively, and the clinical applications demonstrate that the instrument is useful for treating severe asthmatic patients.
