静脉-静脉体外膜肺氧合支持呼吸的实验研究

Experimentation of Respiratory Support with Venovenous Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation

  • 摘要: 本文采用静脉-静脉径路、常温、轻度血液稀释条件下体外膜肺转流支持呼吸的实验研究。结果表明:(1)明显提高急性缺氧及高碳酸血症模型动物PaO2及降低PaCO2。(2)对血液学指标有轻度影响。(3)转流期间肺顺应性平稳。(4)全血粘度随转流时间延长逐渐降低,红细胞变形能力逐渐降低。(5)转流30小时的犬心、肺、肾、肾上腺等脏器镜下观察未见明显血栓形成。

     

    Abstract: Animal experiments were crried out on respiratory support with venovenous(vv) bypass and extracorporeal membrane oygention(ECMO).The following results were obtained 1, Arterial blood gas was well maintained during 30 hours observation period in acute hypoxic and hyperca-pnic dogs.2,Prolonged ECMO has slight influence on hematological parameters.3,The postop-erative lung compiance was a little lower than the preoperative values, though it was stable du-ring bypass.4, Blood viscosity fell markedly at low shear rate.However,red blood cell deform-ability was found to be abnomal. 5,The heart,lung,kidney and adrenal of perfused animalsshowed no microscopic abnormalities.
