游离牙龈移植的实验研究

The experimental study of free graft of gingiva

  • 摘要: 本文报告游离牙龈移植动物实验,观察移植龈瓣的生长愈合情况。结果表明:移植龈瓣的上皮于早期退变脱落,移植瓣的结缔组织经过血管再生,上皮再形成以及与下面的结缔组织床纤维结合后形成新的附着龈、使受区的附着龈增宽。本实验为临床应用此手术治疗牙龈萎缩提供了组织学依据。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to observe the growing and healing of free gingival graft in animal experiments. Results indicated that the epithelium of the free graft degenerated and subsequently desquamated in the early healing phase. The connective tissue of the free gingival graft grew to form new attached gingiva after revascularization, reepithelialization, and a fibrous union with the underlying connective tissue bed, thus increasing the width of attached gingiva of the recipient area. This study provides a histological basis for the clinical use of this operation to treat gingival recession.
