59例腓总神经麻痹临床及电生理特点分析

Clinical and electrophysiological study on peroneal nerve palsy

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨腓总神经麻痹的临床及电生理特点。方法:总结59例80侧腓总神经麻痹临床及电生理资料,并与43例正常人资料对照进行统计学处理。结果:59例80侧腓总神经麻痹患者胫骨前肌、趾短伸肌肌电图结果显示失神经电位。腓总神经神经传导速度减慢,运动传导速度腘上-腘下段为(45.37±12.53)m/s,腘下-踝段传导速度(39.53±7.17)m/s,与健康对照组比较分段传导潜伏期延长、波幅降低、传导速度减慢,统计学上差别均有显著意义(P<0.001或P<0.05)。结论:神经电生理检查为诊断腓总神经麻痹的可靠手段,可早期确诊及准确定位神经受损部位及其程度,为指导临床治疗、判断预后及鉴别诊断提供可靠依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To investigate and review the clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of peroneal nerve palsy.Methods:The clinical and electrophysiological data of 59 cases including 80 sides of peroneal nerve palsy were collected.And the electrophysiological data for 43 healthy controls were also collected.The data were analyzed statistically.Results:Denervation potentials were detected in tibialis anterior and musculus extensor digitorum brevis on 59 patients.The average peroneal nerve conduction velocity were decreased,with motor conduction velocity(MCV) from above knee to below knee(45.37±12.53)m/s and below knee to ankle(39.53±7.17)m/s;motor latency were prolonged and compound muscle action potential amplitude were decreased.These were statistically significance comparing with the healthy controls(P<0.001 or P<0.05).Conclusions:Electrophysiological examination could provide reliable evidence for early diagnosis of peroneal nerve palsy.The exact segment and degree of damage of peroneal nerve palsy could be detected by it,therefore,information is accessed for instructing therapy,judging prognosis and differentiating diagnosis.
