Abstract:
Objective To study the anesthetic management during transurethral laser resection of pheochromocytoma in urinary bladder.
Methods Clinical data about 2 patients with pheochromocytoma in urinary bladder and the anesthetic features during transurethral laser resection of their pheochromocytoma in urinary bladder were retrospectively analyzed.
Results The diagnosis of pheochromocytoma in the 2 patients was established before operation.The invasive blood pressure and heart rate of the patients were significantly changed during operation,which were treated with vasoactive drugs.The operation was uneventful.
Conclusion Careful preparation before operation and invasive blood pressure monitoring can help surgeons to locate the foci.
