Abstract: This work was concerned with the destructive effect of PRT on the transplanted tumors in mice,observed by a method of infusion with chinese ink.The figure of micro- ci（?）culation in tumors was changed into disfunction,such as expansion of capillaries ext- ravasation of blood and bleeding,occurring 24 hours after the application of PRT.
