性别、吸烟和高血压与多发脑动脉瘤关系的Meta分析
Meta analysis on the relationship between gender,smoking,hypertension and multiple cerebral aneurysms

摘要: 目的: 探讨性别、吸烟和高血压与多发脑动脉瘤的关系。方法: 应用Meta分析方法对4篇关于性别、吸烟和高血压与多发脑动脉瘤关系的研究进行综合分析。结果: 女性性别、吸烟和高血压的合并OR和95% CI分别为1.92(1.23～ 2.99);2.66(1.10～ 6.4 0);1.85(1.17～ 2.94),均达到统计学意义。结论: 性别、吸烟和高血压与多发脑动脉瘤的形成有密切的关系Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between gender,smoking,hypertension and multiple cerebral aneurysms. Methods: Four studies were collected and analyzed by the Meta analysis. Results: Female gender 1.92（1.23～2.99）,smoking 2.66（1.10～6.40）, hypertension 1.85（1.17～2.94） were significantly assisoated with presence of multiple cerebral aneurysms. Conclusion: Female gender, smoking,hypertension play important role on the formation of multiple cerebral aneurysms.
