大鼠椎间盘损伤模型的建立及椎间盘内CD34的改变

Establishment of rat intervertebral dick injury model and change of CD34 in intervertebral dick

  • 摘要: 目的 建立椎间盘源性下腰痛的动物模型,观察病变椎间盘内CD34的改变。方法 SD大鼠共96只,随机分为三组:对照组(假手术组)、手术一组、手术二组。取损伤L6-7椎间盘,采用免疫组织化学方法检测各时相点椎间盘内CD34的表达情况。结果 建立了较为成功的大鼠椎间盘损伤模型,术后可在内层纤维环内层见到散在的、染色较强的CD34阳性细胞。结论 实验性椎间盘源性下腰痛大鼠病变椎间盘内出现CD34表达,提示有血管内皮细胞形成。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish the rat model of low back pain due to intervertebral disc injury and observe the change of CD34 in intervertebral discs.Methods Ninety-six male SD rats were randomly divided into control group(sham operation group),first operation group and second operation group.Expression of CD34 in injured L6-7 intervertebral discs was detected with immunohistochemical methods at different time points.Results The rat model of low back pain due to intervertebral disc injury was successfully established.Sporadic CD34 positive cells were observed in the inner fibrous rings of intervertebral discs after operation.Conclusion CD34 is expressed in intervertebral discs of rats with low back pain due to intervertebral disc injury,indicating the formation of vascular endothelial cells.
