胰腺多发实性假乳头状瘤1例并文献复习

Multiple solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas: A case report and review of the literature

摘要: 目的提高对胰腺多发实性假乳头状瘤的认识,探讨诊治方法。方法分析本院收治的1例胰腺多发实性假乳头状瘤患者的临床表现、病理改变及手术疗效,并复习相关文献,总结诊治经验。结果患者为38岁男性,临床表现为上腹痛,CT检查发现胰腺多发占位,术后病理结果为多发实性假乳头状瘤。随访2个月,患者无任何不适,未见复发转移。结论胰腺多发实性假乳头状瘤极为罕见,手术切除效果好。

Abstract: Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of multiple solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(MSPT). Methods Clinical manifestations,pathological change and surgical effect of a MSPT patient were retrospectively analyzed with related literature reviewed and experiences in its diagnosis and treatment summarized. Results The patient was a 38-year-old male.His clinical manifestation was upper abdominal pain.Abdominal CT demonstrated pancreatic head and body occupying lesions.The pathology examination showed MSPT of the pancreas.The patient was followed up for 2 months during which he had no discomfort and recurrence or metastasis. Conclusion MSPT is an extremely unusual tumor of the pancreas and excellent prognosis can be achieved with surgical resection.
