不同X线剂量照射对C6胶质瘤细胞的放射生物学效应

The radiobiological effects of different dose treating C6 glioma cell

  • 摘要: 目的: 了解体外C6细胞对不同X线剂量照射的反应。方法: 采用大鼠C6细胞系,DMEM培养基进行细胞培养。于体外以15Gy、20Gy、30和40GyX线分别照射细胞,检测死细胞率及倍增时间;以10Gy、15Gy、20Gy、25Gy、30和40Gy照射,分别检测集落形成率。结果: 对照组细胞倍增迅速,而受照射各组细胞均无明显增殖,但受照各组均存有存活细胞;集落形成率检测显示,15Gy以上剂量照射各组均为0。结论: 15Gy已达体外C6细胞的致死剂量,这种致死效应系通过X线的直接细胞毒作用和致细胞凋亡而发挥

     

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the responses of C6 glioma cell to different dose of radiation in vitro. Methods: We used the C6 glima cell line with DMEM culture system. We tested the cell death rate and the multiplication time after 15,20,30 and 40 Gy χ-ray radiation and we detected the colone forming rate after 10, 15, 20,25,30 and 40 Gy χ-ray radiation of the C6 glioma cell. Results: In control group the cells duplicated rapidly, but in the radiated groups the cells have no proliferation. We noticed that in the treated groups there were some alive cells, at the same time there were no colone formings were detected in more than 15 Gy radiated groups. Conclusion: 15 Gy reached to the lethal dose to C6 glioma cell, and this action is brought into play by the direct cell toxic and apoptotic effect.
