The law on streptococcus mutan reactive oxygen species metabolism

  • 摘要: 目的: 研究变形链球菌活性氧代谢的规律,探讨变形链球菌活性氧代谢与龋病发生的关系。方法: 采用硫代巴比妥酸冰醋酸法(thiobarbituricacid-glacialaceticacid,TBA)检测不同培养条件下变形链球菌脂质过氧化产物产生情况。结果: 葡萄糖促进变形链球菌脂质过氧化产物产生,美兰抑制变形链球菌脂质过氧化产物产生。结论: 活性氧代谢是变形链球菌代谢的特征。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the law on reactive oxygen species metabolism of Streptococcus mutans,and investigate the relation between reactive oxygen species metabolism of Streptococcus mutans and dental caries. Methods: Thiobarbituric acid - glacialaceticacid(TBA) method was used to measure lipid peroxide production of Streptococcus mutans incubated in the different incubation conditions. Results: Glucose promotes Streptococcus mutans to produce lipid peroxides. Methylene blue inhibits Streptococcus mutans to produce lipid peroxides. Conclusion: Reactive oxygen species metabolism is the feature of Streptococcus mutans metabolism.
