摘要: 目的 观察体外三氯生抗菌活性骨水泥随时间变化的药物释放规律,探讨临床应用价值。方法 在三种不同细菌的培养皿中,放入不同浓度比例的抗菌活性骨水泥颗粒,在不同的时间点观察抑菌环直径的大小。结果 在相同剂量下,第1个24h内,硫酸庆大霉素骨水泥的抑菌环直径大于三氯生骨水泥的抑菌环,但48h后三氯生骨水泥抑菌环直径大于硫酸庆大霉素骨水泥的抑菌环,三氯生骨水泥对大肠杆菌的杀菌作用明显不如硫酸庆大霉素。结论 三氯生体外实验模型表明,三氯生在相同剂量下,三氯生骨水泥有时间依赖的缓慢释放的功能,对革兰氏阳性菌杀菌能力强于硫酸庆大霉素骨水泥,对大肠杆菌的杀菌能力效果不佳。Abstract: Objective To observe the rules of Triclosan release from bone cements at different time points and its clinical efficacy against bacteria. Methods Bactericidal activity of Triclosan and gentamicin sulfate was observed by placing bone cement on three plates with different concentrations of bacteria.The diameter of bacteriostatic effect was measured at different concentrations of bacteria.The diameter of bacteriostatic effect was measured at different time points. Results The diameter of gentamicin sulfate bacteriostatic effect was greater than that of Triclosan inhibitory effect during the first 24h at the same dosage, but the diameter of Triclosan bacteriostatic effect was greater than that of gentamicin sulfate after 48h, indicating that the bacteriostatic effect of Triclosan on E.coli is weaker than gentamicin sulfate. Conclusion The activity of Triclosan exhibits a time-dependent manner of its slow-release functions at the same dose.The bacteriostatic effect of Triclosan on Gram-positive bacteria is greater than gentamicin sulfate.However, its bacteriostatic effect on E.coli is weaker than gentamycin sulfate.
