Abstract: Elaborate the function of nosocomial infection in the prevention of SARS.1.Offer powerful technical guarantees. Establish reasonable arrangement and work flow；establish effective medical protection and control measures to prevent the SARS infection in the hospital ；arrange and guide the disinfection with scientific knowledge.2.Trainee the whole personnel. Conduct the training and check of knowledge and technical skills of SARS prevention，solve the relevant consultation.3.Strict monitoring and supervision.Establish the monitoring net，supervision team and system；if any problems are found ，prompt measures should be taken to solve them.4.Conduct the research and study on the epidemiology and grasp the characteristics of SARS flare up，in this way the target and methods will be offered to the SARS prevention and treatment.Thus we have guaranteed that SARS infection has not occurrence among the medical personnel，patients and all kinds of people in the barrack.All these can explain that the management of nosocomial infection in the SARS prevention has played a key role.
