大鼠急性胰腺炎时钙的组织内转移与低钙血症

Calcium Transference into Tisuses a Possible Mechanism of Hypocalcemia in Acute Pancreatitis (AP)--An Experimental Report in Rats

Abstract: Hypocalcemia is one of the common phenomena in AP, and is significantly related with it’s prognosis. 73 Wistar Rats were divided into four groups in our series: A, as control; B, normal saline injected into common biliary pancreatic duct; C, the same procedure as B, but the injection 5% Na-Taurochlorate; D, the procedure as C, and before that, Flunarizine is given IV from the tail vein. All the experimental animals were excuted, blood samples and specimens from pancreas and abdominal muscle were adopted for Ca++ determination. The pathological changes of pancreas were also examinated. The results showed that, the level of the serum free calcium declined significantly while the content of the calcium in pancreas and musele tissue elevated in group C. Therefore, no increase of content of the calcium in muscle, no decrease of the level of serum freecalcium were observed. the pathological changes of the pancreas were slightly and the death related risk reduced in gtoup D. We concluded that, the transference of Ca++ from extracellular into intracellular compartments may be the reason or part of the reason of hypocacemia in AP. Flunarizine can prevent the hypocalcemia and improved the prognosis of acute pancreatitis.
