原发性甲状腺功能减退甲状腺片治疗监测指标分析

An Analysis of Laboratory Results in Patients with Primary Hypothyroidism Receiving Thyroid Tablet Treatment

摘要: 本文对123例原发性甲状腺功能减退（甲减）患者经甲状腺片替代治疗后T₃、T₄、TSH三项监测指标进行了分析，结果提示在甲状腺片治疗过程中T₃反应较为敏感，而T₄对甲状腺片治疗反应较慢，部分病例在治疗过量时T₄仍不能正常，提示在临床甲减甲状腺片治疗中，应以观察TSH及T₃变化为主，不能追求T₄正常。用免疫放射法（IRMA）测定的TSH由于灵敏度明显提高，在评价甲状腺片替代治疗的效果特别是在判断替代过量方面明显优于放射免疫法（RIA）。

Abstract: The Results of serum T₃,T₄ and TSH estimation in 123 patients with primary hy-pothyroidism receiving thyroid tablet treatment were analysed. The data showed that TSH andT₃ responses were more sensitive than T₄ response to thyroid tablet replacement treatment.T₄ levels were still below the normal range in part of these patients though overdoses of thyroidtablet were.It is reasonable to regard TSH and T₃ as main indexes in the evaluation of theeffect of thyroid tablet treatment.TSH values obtained by IRMA, due to its high sensitivity,are superior to those by RIA in evaluating the effect of replacement treatment,especially forthe judgment of overtreatment
